Description

I have already tried ctrl + shift + v. i am using windows-10.

This is a Windows terminal limitation, not an OpenCode bug. The legacy cmd.exe doesn't support Ctrl+V by default.

Quick fixes:

• Use Windows Terminal (from Microsoft Store) — Ctrl+V works out of the box
• Or in cmd.exe: right-click to paste, or enable QuickEdit mode (right-click title bar → Properties → QuickEdit Mode)

If you're on PowerShell, try Ctrl+Shift+V as well.
