Zed cannot run bash commands if OpenCode has `ask` permission in ACP mode

Description

Using OpenCode inside Zed through ACP, it gets stuck when trying to run a bash command that needs user authorization.

Looks like a resurrection of #3332. Relevant info from Zed side: zed-industries/zed#53249 (comment)

Steps to reproduce

Have this configuration for opencode:

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• [ACP] Tools that have ask permision hang when invoked #3332: [ACP] Tools that have ask permission hang when invoked — same core issue (ask permission causes hang in ACP mode), reported with Avante.nvim but appears to be the same underlying problem. That issue was closed; this may be a regression.
• ACP: premature tool_call_update with in_progress clobbers pending session/request_permission dialog #14301: ACP: premature tool_call_update with in_progress clobbers pending session/request_permission dialog — related race condition causing the permission dialog to never appear in ACP clients, resulting in an indefinite hang.

If either of these covers your case, it may be worth commenting there or confirming whether the fix regressed.

I think this is the same as #14301, but that was closed without resolution

The permission.asked → requestPermission() handler was already merged into dev before v1.15.7, so this bug is fixed in the current release. This issue can be closed.
