[FEATURE]: Make tools return id even if they were aborted

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Make tools return id even if they were aborted, for example a sub-agent failing to request API from provider, user aborts the AI response, it aborts all tools and sub agents, user changes provider maybe, and then the context of those subagents is gone, maybe make it a setting if it's intended not to happen idk
