Description:
Getting frequent internal server error [ retrying in 2s attempt #1 ] messages while opencode is working/analyzing. Happens intermittently during normal usage.

Environment:

• Platform: Windows (win32)
• Shell: PowerShell
• Date: July 28, 2026

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a normal session
2. Ask opencode to read/analyze files
3. Error appears mid-operation

Expected: No errors during normal operation
Actual: internal server error [ retrying in 2s attempt #1 ] appears repeatedly

Additional context:

• Seems to happen more during longer analysis tasks
• Retrying after a few seconds usually resolves it
