desktop: attaching a file fails with "Desktop IPC handler failed" #50177

Summary

Attaching a file to the composer in OpenCode Desktop fails with the error "La demande a échoué / Desktop IPC handler failed" (request failed, Desktop IPC handler failed). The files themselves are readable on disk; the failure is in the app's IPC attachment flow.

Reproduction

1. Open OpenCode Desktop on macOS
2. Click the attach (paperclip) button in the composer and select a file (observed with a PNG screenshot on the Desktop)
3. The request fails with "Desktop IPC handler failed"

Expected Behavior

The selected file is attached to the message.

Actual Behavior

An error toast appears: "La demande a échoué / Desktop IPC handler failed". No file is attached. Reproduces consistently.

• The file is valid and readable from disk (verified outside the app), so the failure is in the IPC handler, not the file.
