Include reserved_ip_ranges to airflow.providers.google.cloud.operators.vertex_ai.pipeline_job.RunPipelineJobTrigger #62733

Closed

Description

@vrcadore-ig

Description

Vertex AI Pipeline job submit method has a parameter that the Operator has not mapped yet.

The parameter is named reserved_ip_ranges and it should be included in the PipelieJobHook Class.

self._pipeline_job.submit(
    service_account=service_account,
    network=network,
    create_request_timeout=create_request_timeout,
    experiment=experiment,
    reserved_ip_ranges=reserved_ip_ranges,
)

Use case/motivation

Currently we don't have a way to set this property when using the RunPipelineJobOperator.

    Hi, I'd like to pick this up now that the two previous PRs (#62739 and #66625) have been closed without an active replacement.

    I'll keep the change focused on propagating reserved_ip_ranges through RunPipelineJobOperator and both PipelineJobHook submission paths. I will also cover the compatibility behavior when it is unset, preserve an explicitly empty list, and add focused operator and hook regression tests.
