What to build

Run the complete release gate, document operation and failure recovery, perform a real rollback drill, and publish the rollout decision.

Acceptance criteria

• Typecheck, tests, build, and release checks pass.
• Final score >=90 with no dimension below 80 and zero hard-gate violations.
• At least two CPAMC models pass the release requirements.
• Operator and rollback procedures are executed, not only documented.
• Default strategy, flags, rollout cohorts, and rollback triggers are explicit.

Benchmark
