Summary

• add a headless AHE target protocol with source-backed component map, trace/result/change/evaluation types, and validators
• expose the protocol through @maka/headless/ahe-target-protocol and the headless root barrel
• document the initial file-first contract for target snapshots, harness results, trace indexes, change manifests, and evaluations
• add focused tests for component validation, manifest evidence requirements, patch gating, and official scorer authority
