Temporarily install NTFC from its upstream main branch so CI can exercise changes intended for release-0.0.2 before the release is pinned. Make exhausted installation retries fatal so dependency failures are reported at the point of installation. Signed-off-by: raiden00pl <raiden00@railab.me>
