This pull request updates the documentation by removing redundant fallback print statements in the bring_your_own_codegen.py tutorial, adding a comprehensive 'Optional dependencies' section to the PyPI installation guide (pypi.rst), and removing the 'Build from source' section from the TIRx installation guide (install.rst). This PR refines the PyPI and optional backend installation docs.
It adds lightweight CUDA environment guidance for PyPI installs, removes duplicated TIRx source-build instructions, and avoids showing optional TensorRT/CUDA skip messages in the BYOC tutorial output.
