Added `.github/CODEOWNERS` to designate `@athal7` as the default owner for all files. Fixed `test/unit/git-worktree.test.js` to use inline `-c protocol.file.allow=always` config rather than globally modifying `~/.gitconfig` to avoid parallel race condition test failures in CI.
