Auto-mark viewed doesn't work in Guided Review #1786

Closed

Description

@oronbz

What happened?

Auto-mark viewed (Settings > Git > Viewed files) works in the All Files view when I scroll past a file, and in the single-file view when I move to the next file. In Guided Review it never marks anything, even though the guide shows the same file diffs.

What I expected, one of these or both:

  1. Mark a file viewed when I scroll past it in a guided section, same as in All Files.
  2. When I tick a section as "Reviewed", also mark the files in that section as viewed.

In GitHub PR mode it should also sync to GitHub's Viewed state, like the per-file Viewed button does today.

Right now after a guided pass I have to go to All Files and mark everything again, which is a bit annoying since I already reviewed them in the guide.
