- #1 Copy feedback now copies the full feedback (code + editor + PR description + PR comment notes) and gates on totalAnnotationCount, matching Send Feedback. Moved below the feedbackMarkdown/count memos to avoid a TDZ. - #3 PR description/comment notes (not line-anchored) are seeded into the GitHub review body when opening the platform dialog, quoted — so they post in the summary and a prose-only review still has something to submit. - #4 Drafts now persist + restore descriptionAnnotations + commentAnnotations (useCodeAnnotationDraft payload/restore extended; App wires save + restore). - #5 Clicking a "PR comment" note in the sidebar opens/focuses the PR Overview panel and selects + scrolls to the source comment (token-based signal through ReviewStateContext, consumed by PRCommentsTab). Left per discussion: #2 (stale notes on PR switch), #6 (live-cache timer).

I use Claude Code over a SSH connection to a cross-compiling server. Being able to access Plannotator over the network is extremely useful. This branch adds SSH remote session support to Plannotator.
