Admin user detail and edit screen

Detail view for a single user, accessible from the user list screen.

Scope

• Display username, email, admin status, disabled status, storage config list
• Toggle isAdmin inline — confirmation required before removing admin from another admin
• Toggle isDisabled inline — confirmation dialog warning that all active sessions will be revoked
• "Reset password" button → shows temporary password in a modal (displayed once; see Admin reset user password #126)
• Storage config list with add/remove (see Admin storage-config management screen #127)
• "Delete user" button with confirmation dialog
