Summary

  • Document the Ubuntu/Linux community-switch crash (gst_value_set_int_range_step → SEGV) reported in Buzz crashes when switching community #3488.
  • Index it in the linux rendering symptom table; link from AGENTS.md community-switching notes and RELEASING.md.
  • List workarounds (native packages, --safe-rendering, clear GStreamer cache) and related open/shipped GST fixes.

Test plan

Does not close #3488 until a code fix lands — this unblocks users and triage.

workarounds without claiming a full engine fix.
