Add LocSim settings for controlling the map’s initial visible radius and bookmark behavior. - Default the map radius to 5 km - Allow users to enter the radius in kilometers or miles on Settings page - Center the initial map view on the current location using the configured radius - Add an option to recenter the map when selecting a bookmarked location (default on) - Preserve the current zoom level when recentering on a bookmark
