[Bug]: Tasks with due dates later than 11:30 PM stretch over two days #2305

Bug Description

When creating a task with a due date, it assumes that the duration of the task is 30 minutes. For tasks due later than 11:30 pm, the calendar and agenda views will display them as stretching over two days.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a task with a due date after 11:30 PM
2. Open the calendar or agenda view
