Affected servers: - OpenAlex: https://mcp.openalex.org/mcp - arXiv: https://arxiv.caseyjhand.com/mcp Both servers can be added to my account, but synchronization fails and no tools are loaded. Error details: - Message: Database operation failed - Error code: 10005 - HTTP response status: 200 OK - Trace ID: 30b50c52f0791e6b391deb77c178d3b4 I reproduced the problem in Chrome's Incognito mode.
