Summary

The human output of clerk migrate import printed Run <id>: <path> as the import started, then again at the end of the summary. The second copy only repeated the first.

Changes

The summary no longer prints the run line, and formatSummary drops the runFolder parameter only that line used.
The line printed as the import starts stays. On a Ctrl-C the signal handler exits before the summary, and that line is the only record of the folder holding who was created. After a finished run, the next steps still carry the run's ID (runs <id>, the undo), and a complete run's cleanup lines name the folder.

Testing

New run.test.ts case: the run line appears exactly once. The existing Ctrl-C test still checks that it's printed as the import starts.
bun test src/ --parallel in packages/cli-core: 6599 pass. Typecheck, oxfmt, and oxlint are clean.

Import names its run folder once

Tested on a3207ca6, untouched since — Before, the run line printed at the start and again in the summary; after, it prints only at the start and the summary goes straight from counts to the keep/undo hints.
