Description

Adds a /mosaic-prototype Claude Code skill so anyone, including non-engineers, can build a clickable prototype of a new UI idea in Swingset from Mosaic components with a mocked model. A prototype keeps the model / controller / view split, so shipping it means writing only the real model.

• Manual only (disable-model-invocation: true); run it with /mosaic-prototype.
• Puts the prototype first: no tests, lint or polish while iterating. Those belong to whoever ships it.
• Prototypes live in a top-level Prototypes group in Swingset. The first prototype creates the group.
• The handoff covers a To ship section (what the real model must provide) and a Gaps section (missing components, layout workarounds, primitives or hooks that had to be written, copy to review).
