Welcome to the cliff-effects wiki!

It's made up of mostly three types of entries:

1. Guides: how-tos and when-tos in general and for collaborating on our project in particular.
2. Meta: Guides, but for stuff that doesn't involve collaborating on code.
3. OpEds: Rants by team members that no one else has signed off on, but could explain a bit about the decisions we've made.
