[Notice] Create Update 6 Support and Issue Guidelines #83
This issue is intended to clarify my current roadmap regarding support for Create Update 6. Please note the following:
Current Roadmap
Version 1.20.1:
Support for Create Update 6 will commence as soon as Create Fabric is updated to accommodate it.
Version 1.21.1 (NeoForge Standalone):
I’m actively progressing with the development of NeoForge as a standalone solution that will include support for Create Update 6.
Guidelines
Do not file issues regarding Create Update 6 at this time.
I am aware of the update and its impact, and development is progressing according to the roadmap outlined above.
Please be patient:
As I am the sole developer, progress may be slower than expected. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Due to the unexpectedly slow progress on the Create Fabric port, I’ve decided to pivot and focus solely on Forge support for Create Update 6. I’m pleased to announce that a Forge‑only release with full Create v6 compatibility is now available.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding—your continued feedback and testing are greatly appreciated!
Did you adjust the balance of the machines after the update?
After updating along with Create 6.0, the speed of enchanted machines has decreased, and all the factories I had built have been ruined.
My Minecraft version is 1.20.1.
If that's the case, is there any way I can adjust it myself?

Yes, with this update, the level 5 efficiency enchantment doubles the processing speed of the machine.
I might create a Config that adjusts the Efficiency coefficient, but it is a low priority.
I tried using Enchantable Machinery with Create 6.0.5 and 6.0.6 and the game did not boot with any of them.
Is there any update or create version where Create: Enchantable Machinery works with Create 6?
Thank you!

If you are experiencing an issue such as the game not launching, I would appreciate it if you could open a separate issue specifically for that problem.
It’s difficult for me to help without more information, such as your mod versions or any crash logs. Please understand that I work on this project in my spare time, so having detailed information makes it much easier for me to assist you.
In my environment, the mod launches without any issues. There might be a conflict with another mod you have installed, but without more details, it’s hard for me to reproduce or look into the problem.

I know this thing is closed, is the pivot away from the Fabric update permanent? Just wondering if it's in development or planned at all? :) Thank you for your patience and im sorry for commenting on a closed post!

What about forge 1.20.1?
cotrin8672 commentedon Mar 6, 2025
1.20.1 uses Architectury for multi-loader development. This means that Create for Forge and Create for Fabric are required for 1.20.1 development.
