v2runs on the deprecated Node 12 runtime inside GitHub Actions;v4is the current major version..github/workflows/frontend-quality.ymlusesactions/checkout@v4, so these three files look simply stale rather than intentionally pinned.ubuntu-latest/ubuntu-22.04-arm), sothere is no self-hosted runner version constraint.
Scope
Deliberately limited to these three files.
test.ymlalso usesactions/setup-python@v1, whichis separate from this change — I can follow up in another PR if you would like.
