What Changed
Resolve provider skills against the active project workspace or thread worktree instead of the server's current working directory. Add workspace-scoped skill discovery for Claude and Codex, with caching, RPC authorization, and provider-registry fallbacks for unsupported providers.
Update web and mobile composers and thread timelines to use the workspace-specific skills list. Add coverage for symlinked Claude skill directories and per-workspace provider resolution.
Why
Provider skill snapshots are shared per instance and discovered once from the server's working directory, so project-local
.claude/skillsand.agents/skillswere missing from the skill picker and timeline for other projects. Resolving skills at the workspace boundary ensures each thread sees the skills available to the provider in the directory where it runs, while preserving snapshot fallbacks and degrading safely when discovery fails.UI Changes
The skill picker and displayed skill chips now reflect skills available in the active project workspace or worktree. No visual layout changes.
