Move DataSource parsing logic from DataSource to DataSourceParserHandler #2659

The DataSource class currently is doing the data source string parsing and error handling. This should be changed such that the DataSource class is a plain, dumb class, that just contains the properties. The logic for parsing and error handling should be moved to the DataSourceParserHandler class.
