The tvOS CoreCLR test app crashes during runtime initialization, before test discovery. A generic
Dictionaryconstructor needed byAppContext.Setupwas stripped from the ReadyToRun image:The process terminates with
SIGABRT(Abort trap: 6), and XHarness reportsAPP_CRASHwith exit code 80. No test results are produced.This is the same Apple-mobile ReadyToRun IL-body-stripping failure class as #130570. That issue was mitigated for specific projects by #130468.
System.Net.Security.Unit.Tests.csprojcurrently does not disablePublishReadyToRunStripILBodies.The preceding runtime-extra-platforms build, 1538577, passed this tvOS CoreCLR job, so this instance is newly exposed in build 1540423.
