Automatize ScriptBee release #10

Modifiy Deployment Action Yaml as follow:

• Run tests
• Create tag
• Build Docker images
• Publish Docker images
• Update with Release Notes
• Configure nuget token
• Upload ScriptBee Default Bundle zip to release
• Update DxWorks Hub yaml
• Create pull request in DxWorks Hub
• Configure VS Code market place access token and uncomment publish in release-vs-code.yml
• Build and Publish C# SDK to nuget
• Build and Publish Python SDK to pypi
• Build and Publish Typescript SDK to npm

should use Changelog.md instead of the manual folders and generate the release notes based on the current version that we have in the changelog
