What this PR changes/adds

Cleanup 0.16.0 deprecations

Why it does that

Briefly state why the change was necessary.

Further notes

  • BREAKING CHANGE: transfer processes that were created with an EDC version prior to 0.16.x (so 0.15.x, 0.14.x...) won't work anymore and they will need to be terminated & re-requested again from the consumer side. To have those working without terminating & re-requesting, a proper data migration will need to be put in place, persisting the data-address in the vault. This is true for both provider & consumer transfers.
