CodeRabbit and GitHub actions both react to /ai command, causing duplicate work #811
On a PR open by automation (elastic/beats#49621), CodeRabbit left a review comment that was not automatically applied. After issuing the /ai fix this command, both CodeRabbit and GitHub Actions reacted to the command independently.
Instead of updating the existing PR, this resulted in CodeRabbit creating a new, separate PR (elastic/beats#49633) with the suggested changes. Meanwhile, github actions also acted on it and fixed the PR inplace.
My expectation is that /ai commands issued on a PR should apply changes to that same PR by default. Creating a new PR should only happen when explicitly requested in the prompt, for example when asking to split changes or open a follow-up PR.
Please let me know if this understanding is incorrect.
