Hello! 👋 I'm Emmarie, a Ph.D. candidate and data wrangler at Texas A&M. Here, you'll find a collection of my code.

  • 👩‍🔬 My research is focused on mammalian sex chromosomes and their role in speciation processes.
  • 🧬 I am largely interested in using evolutionary & population genomic approaches to tackle questions related to animal health and reproduction.
