[A11Y] Accessibility compliance gaps #105

Summary

Both Dashboard and Lite have significant accessibility gaps identified by the UI and UX reviews. No focus indicators, no keyboard shortcuts, no screen reader support, and some contrast concerns.

WCAG 2.1 AA Status

Passing:

• Text contrast: Foreground (#E4E6EB) on Background (#181b1f) = 14.8:1 (AAA)
• Warning (#FFD54F) on Background = 8.2:1 (AAA)
• Accent (#2eaef1) on Background = 6.9:1 (AA+)

Borderline/Failing:

• Success (#81C784) on Background = 4.5:1 (AA minimum)
• Error (#E57373) on Background = 4.8:1 (AA)
• Muted text (#6B7280) on dark bg: needs verification

Checklist

Focus Indicators (Critical)

• Add FocusVisualStyle with AccentBrush border to all interactive controls (buttons, textboxes, tabs)
• Verify tab order is logical in all dialogs (AddServerDialog, Settings, etc.)
• Set TabIndex values on complex layouts

Keyboard Navigation

• Add keyboard shortcut to cycle server tabs (Ctrl+PgDn / Ctrl+PgUp)
• Support Shift+F10 for context menus (currently right-click only)
• Document keyboard shortcuts in Help/About
• Add Ctrl+R for refresh, Ctrl+S for save where applicable

Screen Reader Support

• Add AutomationProperties.Name to all buttons, icons, and status indicators
• Add text alternatives for status dots (green/yellow/red)
• Add AutomationProperties.Name to chart controls
• Add accessible labels to star/favorite icons

Color & Contrast

• Verify all color pairs meet WCAG AA (4.5:1 minimum for normal text)
• Add text labels alongside color-only status indicators for colorblind users
• Review disabled control visibility (Opacity=0.5 may be too subtle)

Priority

Tier 1 - Critical (focus indicators), Tier 3 - Medium (keyboard shortcuts, screen reader)
