The PostgreSQL engine absorbs what the v2 lanes reported back: the I/O and WAL baseline tables are floored, the I/O baseline restores hour-of-week at a quarter-hour grain, the WAL co-fire reads the anomaly and not a base-0 fact, a Lock wait reaches its idle holder, and the blocking family exists as stubs for lane 17 (partial #3691, between waves) - #3737
