Refs #3953. Test-only; no product change and no CHANGELOG entry.

Adds a live pin for one Query Store identity with two snapshots of the same interval: one inside the window, and a later re-fetch past a literal window end. Both the viewer grid read and the MCP/web top read must return raw's answer for the literal end, with zero reads of query_store_interval_wide, because UseTable's literal-end clause sends a literal end before applied_through to raw.

On the same seeded store, an open end, or a literal end at or after applied_through, routes to the table and returns its latest snapshot. That proves the table path is live, and that the literal-end clause alone is what keeps the straddling read on raw.
