Allow matching SMS by substring or regexp

Ehancement request: it would be great if one could optionally match by SMS content (at least by some substring, or Regular Expressions if you're feeling fancy), and not only by phone number.

For example, lots of us admins use SMS for receiving automated alerts, and some are more important than others (so you could play loud alarms even at nighttime).
