Expand `omni query run` to accept a branch ID

Want to extend the omni query run command to accept a branch ID to allow users to test executing queries in the context of branches. Particularly helpful for validation loops.

Verified fixed.

• Upstream API support landed in exploreomni/omni#47076 on April 8, 2026.
• The CLI picked up the updated OpenAPI definition in 85ea550, released as v1.0.1 on April 23, 2026.
• Current verification: omni query run --schema --field branchId reports branchId as an optional UUID on POST /api/v1/query/run.
