The core-count cap FFmpeg, swscale and x264 size their thread pools from moves from the JS library into fftools/ffwasm.c, so it lives in shared memory and setThreads() (load's threads option) changes it for every thread. The heap may now grow to wasm32's 4 GB instead of 2 GB.

load({ threads: n })(Limiting threads count #142, Can we specify threads or workers to be used ? #366): FFmpeg, swscale and x264 size their thread pools for at most n cores (default 4, see Multithreading is not working on any Chromium-based browser, but it's working perfectly on Firefox. #597). In@ffmpeg/corecodecs always use one thread: its threads only take turns.The cap lives in
src/bind/ffmpeg/threads.c, so it sits in shared memory for every thread; no FFmpeg patch is needed.
