Feat: reuse reth default_ethereum_payload for Ethereum #76
Description
In Ethereum platform, we use a slightly modified reth's default_ethereum_payload as implementation for build payload:
rblib/src/platform/ethereum/mod.rs
Line 163 in f4abbf1
We would like to use it directly as dependency. However this might requires some tricks to be able to provide our single StateProvider as the Client generic arg of default_ethereum_payload (which is bounded by StateProviderFactory, used to get the state provider that we have)
