No quick way to save one message as a standard .eml.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an action to export the focused message to an .eml file via the file picker.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Copying raw source manually.

Additional context

Beginner friendly. See export/export.go and tui/save_file_picker.go.
