Overview
Address failing MUL_MAT test cases with unaligned batch strides. OpenVINO can only slice on whole rows and elements.
Added
has_strides_on_element_gridfor input validation. Inputs with unaligned batch strides are now rejected as unsupported by OpenVINO backend.Requirements
