Overview

Update device matrix for Snapdragon jobs by removing SM8750, the current SM8850 test is enough to cover CI test for snapdragon mobile.

Additional information

SM8750 repeatedly failed with an Appium/adb session-setup timeout.

The above run from @max-krasnyansky was 3 days ago, this is the most recent CI run with my code change, and it is working, with two changes:

1. OpenCL GPU kernel fix from wanghqc
2. remove SM8750 from CI test, due to some transient error issues with QDC.

Yep. I think Zack @zhiyuan8 just ran into his PR limit. I marked it as ready and aproved the pipeline
