[Feature Request] Disable all MCP servers except what is passed in

It would be great to have a fool-proof way of disabling the auto-discovery of MCP and allowing only what is passed in through the SDK to be it's list of MCP. That way client's can tightly control the list of allowed MCP tools.

+1 - just ran into this today. i have GCHP CLI installed on my machine with some global tools that i use when using it interactively via CLI. but when i use it via SDK, i didnt expect them to be available since i am passing in an explicit toolset via the sessionConfig McpServers property. a way to only use the provided McpServers would be great!
