Update interaction limit duration options

Why:

I need to speed up the development process for new users and contributors.

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs): Minimum Interaction Time limits for new contributions.

I am simply trying to add an option for interaction limits as 30 minutes instead of a minimum 24 hours wait time.
