[deep-report] Docs: define "frontmatter" and .lock.yml on first use in Quick Start #44059

Description

@github-actions

Description

The Documentation Noob Test flagged that Quick Start uses the term frontmatter and introduces .lock.yml without ever defining them, tripping up true beginners with no Jekyll/Hugo/Astro background. Add a one-line inline gloss on first use: frontmatter = "the settings block at the top of the file, between the --- lines"; and briefly define .lock.yml where it first appears in Step 2.

Expected Impact

Removes the two most common beginner stumbling points on the highest-traffic onboarding page.
