Description

docs/src/content/docs/setup/cli.md (around line 139, "Initializing for non-Copilot engines") documents that gh aw init skips the Copilot-only .github/agents/agentic-workflows.md custom-agent scaffold for other engines, and its "Replacement for other engines" cell says: "Use the dispatcher skill, or author an agent file in your own agent's format (Claude Code subagents, Codex prompts) from the same instructions" — but gives zero worked example of what that Claude Code subagent file should actually look like. Confirmed live in current source.

Expected Impact

A Claude-only user following the non-Copilot init path currently has to guess the subagent file format/location from scratch; a short worked example (even a minimal one) would close a real "what do I actually write" gap flagged by a from-scratch Claude-only documentation review.
