Smoke Test: Kiro - 34911501629

Smoke Test Results — Kiro Engine

Overall Status: FAIL

Test 1: Fetched 2 merged PRs — Move release.md back to docker sandbox runtime #60931 "Move release.md back to docker sandbox runtime", [linter-miner] Add blank-assign-comma linter #60893 "[linter-miner] Add blank-assign-comma linter".
Test 2/3: Wrote and read back /tmp/gh-aw/agent/smoke-test-kiro-34911501629.txt.
Test 4: make build failed. go.mod requires Go >= 1.26.8, but the runner has Go 1.24.13. The toolchain auto-download was blocked by network egress control (proxy.golang.org ... Forbidden). This is an environment/toolchain limitation, not a code defect. Firewall boundaries were not bypassed.
