Description: pkg/cli/experiments_fetch.go calls gh api ... --repo <repo>, but the underlying gh api command does not support a --repo flag, so gh aw experiments list/analyze --repo <owner/repo> fails outright. The Daily Experiment Report workflow currently works around this with an undocumented local git-branch fallback (git fetch origin 'refs/heads/experiments/*:...') instead of the documented remote path.

Expected Impact: Restores the documented CLI path for fetching experiment data from a specified repo; removes reliance on an undocumented fallback that other callers of this CLI command don't have.
