fix: correct SENTRY_HOST default value from full URL to hostname only - #29086

The @sentry/mcp-server validates that SENTRY_HOST must be a hostname only (e.g., 'sentry.io'), not a full URL (e.g., 'https://sentry.io'). Passing a full URL causes the server to exit immediately with: "SENTRY_HOST should only contain a hostname (e.g., sentry.example.com). Use SENTRY_URL if you want to provide a full URL." This resulted in the MCP gateway reporting "exposes 0 tools" for the Sentry server, breaking the daily-token-consumption-report workflow.
