CUDA-GDB cannot reliably initialize or debug GPU programs because nvproxy rejects some of the event and debugger operations it needs. Proxy the missing operations using Sentry-owned buffers for embedded pointers. Limit debugger writes to tracked, writable memory, preserving read-only restrictions when handles are duplicated. The five new debugger controls require an explicit `profiling` opt-in: ```text --nvproxy-allowed-driver-capabilities=compute,utility,profiling ``` General event retrieval stays under compute/utility, and existing debugger controls are unchanged. Systrap ptrace compatibility is handled separately in #15938.
