Refresh Modal show at any time

After start initial the docker containers shows on every document the Refresh Modal at any time.

In the Google Chrome Console is a Error:

Refused to execute script from 'https://***/config' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

I use a Nginx Proxy:
