Creating or adding a project (picker or add form) now starts a thread there and moves to it, on all four clients.

  • Hub (Hub.project_add.new): a fresh project's ProjectCreated comes with a ThreadCreated made as thread.create would (defaults, worktree setup), before the reply. A removed project brought back keeps its threads and starts none (law project_back_no_thread).
  • Client (Proj.adding): the request sets want_new, so Ui.see selects the thread when it arrives; the reply (ok or error) clears it.
  • Tests: picker_test (select, refuse, hub step), new test/tools/proj_thread_e2e.ts on a real hub; newproj_e2e fixed to ignore the built-in Scratch project.

scripts/check.sh, scripts/test.sh (72), PROOF.bend all pass.

The hub starts a thread with a project added or made afresh (one brought
back keeps its own), before its reply, and the client that asked selects
it: the window, the web and both phones.

newproj_e2e no longer counts the built-in Scratch project.
